Cozey Expands to West Coast with Latest Pop-up

Cozey has opened its third store this year in a matter of months, this time in Vancouver.

The modular, customizable home furniture brand’s newest location can be found downtown at 810 Granville St., where Robson and Granville streets meet.

This is the third pop-up store for Cozey. Its first was in Toronto, at Stackt Market, May-September 2023. The second was set-up in the brand’s hometown of Montreal, running April-May of this year.

“Through our pop-up strategy, we’re gauging interest and gathering insights on the retail impact in various Canadian cities,” says Cozey CEO and founder Frédéric Aubé. “This will guide us in determining prime locations for future flagship stores across the country.”

The direct-to-consumer furniture specialist launched its first-ever permanent brick-and-mortar store in Canada’s most populous city in March. Opening of the 3,600-square-foot space in Toronto marked a major milestone in the brand’s expansion from an online-only retailer to a physical presence in the furniture market.

Like the store, the Vancouver pop-up features Cozey’s expanding product range that includes sofas and chairs, living room tables, storage products, fabric samples, throws, pillows and rugs.

The 3,000-square-foot store will be open from July 9-Sept. 30.
