Foamco Industries Names Chief Business Officer

Foamco Industries has announced a significant addition to its leadership team.

Marc de Grave has joined the company as chief business officer. In this role, he is responsible for business development and working closely with Foamco’s executive team, including CEO Adarsh Shah, to develop and execute strategies that align with the company’s mission and vision of quality, customers and people. He is also tasked with leading initiatives to enhance Foamco’s market presence, foster strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.

“I am pleased to be working with the Foamco team because of their innovative approach and fostering of a dynamic work environment,” says de Grave, who brings a wealth of experience to the company.

Most recently, de Grave served as executive vice-president at Blu Sleep. He has held other high-profile positions in the bedding industry, including executive officer at Bay Street Manufacturing, which manufactures and distributes medically graded top-of-bed products under the HealthGuard brand, and vice-president at Protect-a-Bed, a producer of mattress protection products, among others.

Foamco has been in business now since 1987. It is a foam fabricator and mattress manufacturer with facilities in Toronto and Mascouche, Que.
