VPC Expands Canadian Foam Capacity with Acquisition

VPC Group has purchased the business and operating assets of Montreal-based foam and mattress maker Domfoam.

Headquartered in Toronto, VPC says the acquisition strengthens its Canadian polyurethane foam business and adds production capacity to serve furniture and bedding manufacturers.

The company says its immediate priority is to work closely with Domfoam customers throughout the transition and ensure continuity of service.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
