Furniture Retailer Rebrands Under AMJ Banner

The Furniture Shop has rebranded as AMJ Furniture Shop, joining the AMJ family, one of Canada’s largest moving and relocation companies.

Situated alongside AMJ’s Mississauga headquarters, the rebrand unites two complementary services, side by side, under one name.

“This rebrand feels very close to home for us — quite literally. We’ve always felt part of the AMJ family and now that’s officially reflected in our name,” says AMJ Furniture Shop general manager Christine Frappier. “Becoming AMJ Furniture Shop means our customers get the same great experience they’ve always had from us, now backed by one of Canada’s most recognized and trusted brands.”

The furniture retailer’s rebrand coincides with AMJ’s own transition. Formerly known as AMJ Campbell, the company has moved to the new domain amj.com.

Founded in 2020, AMJ Furniture Shop gives brand-name furniture a second life. The company receives returned products from some of the largest online retailers and resells them at lower prices, helping keep furniture out of landfills.
