Palliser Welcomes Back Former Senior Executive

Wendy Ferris has returned to Palliser Furniture Group, as chief culture and people officer.

The group includes both Palliser, the upholstery manufacturer, and EQ3, the integrated furniture resource and retailer.

“Managing our organizational structure, aligning talent and continuing to drive culture are areas we will remain focused on,” says Pallliser CEO Peter Tielmann. “Wendy’s leadership will undoubtedly strengthen these vital aspects of our business and we look forward to incorporating her vision, experience and understanding of our organization’s goals and values.”

Ferris rejoins Palliser in the same capacity she once held following two years in a part-time senior advisory role at the company, from April 2022-June 2024. During this period, she was also employed by Decor Cabinets, where she was chief strategy officer.

As a member of Palliser’s executive leadership team, Ferris will leverage her expertise in strategic planning and organizational and cultural alignment within both brands, ensuring operational efficiency and a positive workplace environment.
