Kenmore Relaunches Appliance Line

U.S. appliance manufacturer Kenmore has relaunched its own label of branded kitchen appliances in Canada.

This marks the first placement of Kenmore major appliances in this country in five years and with retailers other than Sears Canada.

New Kenmore residential freezers and wine cellars are now available at Costco.

The freezers boast variable storage with convertible refrigerator and freezer options, up to 21 cubic feet of capacity, and chest and upright configurations.

Multiple wine cellars are available with up to 224 bottle storage, single and dual zone temperature options, and flexibility to be used as built-in or freestanding units. Reversible, seamless stainless steel door with hidden hinge, smooth rolling Beechwood shelves on ball-bearing tracks, interior theatre lighting and wine view racks are designed to blend in with any kitchen while enabling improved display of the entire collection.

New refrigerators, dishwashers and ranges are also part of the line. They are expected to rollout in early 2024.

“We are excited for this expansion of the Kenmore name across Canada, and look forward to additional partnerships in the months to come,” says Kenmore CEO Sri Solur.

The relaunch of major appliances in this country builds upon Kenmore’s existing assortment of small kitchen electric appliances, floor care items and grills with various Canadian retailers, widely available since 2020.

Stateside, Kenmore recently launched a new collection of major kitchen appliances, marking a significant step in the brand’s revitalization and growth strategy. The line includes electric and gas ranges, built-in dishwashers and top-mounted refrigeration.
