King Koil Canada to Launch Mattress

King Koil Canada will rollout the highly successful Smartlife mattress by King Koil in collaboration with King Koil USA starting this January.

King Koil USA, which designed and first launched Smartlife in the U.S. in 2020, will manufacture the mattresses. Smartlife combines the renowned craftsmanship associated with the King Koil brand with innovative smart technology. The collection integrates sleep quality tracking and personalized comfort adjustments.

The collection has four different core comfort feels that include different constructions, luxurious Talalay latex, temperature regulating hypergraph memory foam, cooling phase-changing technology and support from 80 patented body-sensing smart cells, which are divided into four zones on each side of the bed that continually adjusts throughout the night to provide the right amount of individual comfort and support for a better night’s sleep.

Headquartered in Avondale, Ariz., King Koil supports more than 20 licensees in more than 75 countries where the company’s mattresses are manufactured and sold. The company has a long, rich history that reaches back to 1898, when Samuel Bronstein founded United States Bedding in St. Paul, Minn. During the 1930s, U.S. Bedding improved the bedspring and was looking for a new name for its product. From there, the King Koil brand was born.
