Miele Expands Induction Range Portfolio

Premium home appliance manufacturer Miele has bolstered its induction range portfolio in Canada, with the introduction of a 36-inch model.

The HR 1432-3 I with Direct Select controls is equipped with two PowerFlex zones and one large round induction zone, providing flexible cooking space and adaptability for different pan sizes.

TwinPower boosters ensure rapid heat-up times and even heat distribution for faster cooking.

Oven cleaning is effortless with the pyrolytic self-cleaning feature. Food residue is incinerated to ash, so there is no need to remove accessories.

The soft-open and soft-close oven door provides smooth, quiet operation. Fully telescopic runners keep cookware secure and stable.

Also launching is the HR 1632-3 I with M Touch, which includes all the features of the HR 1432-3 I model plus advanced controls and enhanced functionality, including injected bursts of steam to optimize baking and roasting; a built-in thermometer with four measuring points that ensures accurate cooking; proofing capability, which is ideal for dough rising and bread preparation; crisp function with controlled moisture reduction that creates the perfect dry environment for air frying; and lift-up control panel.
