Kluft Appoints Bedding Veteran to Canada Sales VP

Luxury mattress maker E.S. Kluft & Co. has promoted Christopher Chbat to vice-president of sales for Canada.

Chbat will oversee the company’s Canadian sales strategy as it expands its presence in the country. He will lead initiatives to drive growth, strengthen partner relationships and support continued revenue gains for its Aireloom, Kluft and Marshall Mattress brands.

A bedding industry veteran with two decades of experience, Chbat joined E.S. Kluft in 2024 as director of sales for Canada. Previously, he held various leadership positions with Sleep Country Canada. In 2012, he received the company’s President’s Award, which recognizes employees for exemplary leadership, outstanding sales performance and a strong commitment to quality customer service.

E.S. Kluft is a California-based mattress manufacturer founded in 2004. The company is widely known for producing ultra-premium, handcrafted products with materials like cashmere, horsehair, alpaca and organic cotton.
